What forms of payment do you accept?
Supply 2000 International accepts payment by credit/debit card via PayPal. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to be able to use the service. Purchases through PayPal are always secure. PayPal uses SSL technology to ensure your account numbers remain safe and the information you provide is protected against unauthorized access. |
What are the shipping costs?

All items are delivered using USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Express Mail. The shipping cost varies by buyer Location and is calculated directly from the USPS with the Real Time USPS Calculator. |
What about Sales Tax?

Only Texas customers will be charged 8.25% to the total which includes Shipping & handling. |
What is your return policy?
|
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price when the item is returned within 3 days in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Sealed packs must be unopen (i.e. Showerteks, Travel Adapters, etc) We must receive the return within 10 days of the buyer's original mail receipt date. Insurance and tracking number is recomended.
I will not be reponsible for lost returnings. |
Do you take custom orders?

Yes! I gladly accept custom orders and look forward to working with you. Please e-mail me with your request, and I will work up a price quote for you. Most custom orders take from 2 to 4 weeks to complete, depending on the availability of materials and design. A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders before work is commenced, with the balance due when the design is completed.
Custom orders do not qualify for refunds once the design has been approved and shipped. |
Do you guarantee your pieces?

Yes, our customers satisfaction is our priority and I fully guarantee my jewelry pieces. I value your business and will repair your piece if it breaks within 90 days from purchase date, free of charge. If the item cannot be repaired, the piece can be exchange for another item. Items requested for repair after this date can be repaired for a nominal fee. Please e-mail info@supply2000intl.com for more details.
I have made every effort to present accurate colors and additional specifications. However, due to variations in numerous settings on monitors I cannot guarantee the colors displayed are the exact colors of the items. If there is any question as to the color or other details of a particular piece please feel free to contact me for additional information. |
